Launch of the first recyclable packaging for Saf-instant® yeast in Ivory Coast

At Lesaffre Ivoire, we are proud to announce the launch, in the first quarter of 2025, of brand new recyclable packaging for our flagship instant dry yeast, Saf-instant®. This initiative is fully in line with the sustainable development strategy of the Lesaffre group, of which we are the local subsidiary in Ivory Coast.

As a pioneer in instant dry yeast, Saf-instant is the favourite brand of bakers around the world. The launch of this new recyclable packaging in Ivory Coast will be a pilot project to study the feasibility of this type of packaging in the region.

Present in Côte d’Ivoire since 2004, we are rolling out an ambitious strategy in Africa, a crucial region for the development of the Lesaffre group. Thanks to our local presence and extensive distribution network, the Lesaffre Ivoire team is committed to supplying quality products, including Saf-instant® yeast, which are always available throughout Ivory Coast.

With the launch of this new recyclable packaging, Lesaffre is taking another important step forward in fulfilling its commitment to sustainable development.
