Kano Bakers Test Saf-Instant Gold and Dynamil improver at Industry Seminar
The Kano State Bakers Association recently participated in a focused product testing seminar organized by Lesaffre Nigeria. The event brought together 80 local bakery professionals for demonstrations centered on saf gold yeast and Dynamil® bread improver.
The seminar was expertly led by Lesaffre Nigeria’s team, with Johnson Dada, Nigeria Business Manager Sales Force, spearheading the event. Dada provided comprehensive market insights and detailed product information throughout the sessions. Working alongside him was Precious, Nigeria Technician Baker for Lesaffre Nigeria, who conducted the practical demonstrations with professional precision and addressed technical questions from participants
Attendees engaged in hands-on baking sessions to evaluate how these Lesaffre ingredients performed under various conditions. The demonstrations highlighted each product’s impact on dough quality, fermentation, and final bread characteristics.
According to the event program, we organized this seminar specifically to showcase their products in real baking conditions. The interactive format facilitated knowledge exchange among the 80 attendees, with many showing interest in the performance of the demonstrated products.
The day featured multiple baking trials where bakers could observe and compare results. Observation forms collected at the end of the seminar indicated that many participants were considering the tested Lesaffre products for their operations.
Following the success in Kano, we announced plans to reproduce the seminar in other Nigerian cities. The upcoming schedule includes similar hands-on product testing events in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and other major cities across the country.
