Our ECHO Charity policy
ECHO, Lesaffre’s solidarity program launched in 2019, is a key part of our mission to “Work together to better nourish and protect the planet”.
ECHO empowers us to contribute to community development through education, nutrition, and environmental preservation while reinforcing our role as a responsible local economic player.
ECHO is more than just a solidarity program
ECHO embodies our values through meaningful acts of solidarity and is central to our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.
This program brings together all of Lesaffre’s global solidarity actions, driven by passionate collaborators across the company.
With around 60 impactful initiatives supported annually worldwide, ECHO allows us to expand our positive impact on communities and the environment.
A strong involvement internally
To expand our charity program across all the countries we operate in, we’ve established a dedicated community of 70 ECHO correspondents.
We’ve also launched a call for projects focused on skills-based volunteering and proudly host an annual Charity Day, celebrating the 1,230 volunteers already engaged in various solidarity actions.
Through the ECHO program, we offer our team multiple ways to get involved.
Whether as ambassadors, project leaders, or contributors, each person can choose their level of participation based on their passion and available time.
This flexibility ensures everyone can make a meaningful impact.
Team members are entirely free to choose the local solidarity initiatives they wish to support in 3 main domains : Education, Food/Nutrition and Environment.
